Born into a world of hairdressing, Rossano followed in his family’s footsteps and created an empire that is recognized for its premium hair spas and designer haircare products. Rossano’s love for hair runs blood deep. As a child, he was influenced by his grandfather, a barber who did house calls on his Lambretta, and his mother and grandmother who ran a small salon in his home village of Campegine. In the mid-1970s, when he was just 15, he went to London to study hair design. His dream was to create a timeless style that would encourage individuals to embrace their unique natural beauty. Over the coming years he travelled all over the world to understand every hair kind and culture to be able to create the most revolutionary hair cutting method! Living up to his aspirations, Rossano established his first salon in Parma, Italy in 1990. Fast forward to today, RF has expanded to include more than 20 internationally acclaimed hair spas in luxury destinations such as Paris, Barcelona, Bali, Los Cabos, Maldives, New York, Milano, Geneva, Dubai and Monaco to name a few! Each hair spa is luxuriously tranquil and caters to individuals who want to be treated to a serene journey experience that leaves them feeling beautiful in the hair and skin they are in. One of the key elements of their initial success was the creation of Rossano Ferretti’s ‘The Method’, famously known as the Invisible Haircut. It was and still is a completely new concept of hair cutting and exclusively available in Rossano Ferretti Hair Spas. This method allows the designer to enhance the individual beauty of every client, customizing the haircut according to the hair type and the characteristics of the individual person, rejecting standardization and conformity. The brand has also since released a line of premium natural hair care products; a revolutionary combination of the best natural ingredients, hand-crafted by Italian hair artisans using the latest skincare technology and Italian heritage.
